And if we prefer to enjoy less crowded tourist beaches, 5 minutes from our rented apartment in Calle Entenza, we can arrive to the Sants train station, which in just half an hour travel takes us to the highly recommended town of Sitges, which has the best urban beach in Europe, or go to the beautiful coastal village of Sant Pol, where you can enjoy quiet and paradisiacal Mediterranean coves.
# 5: Going to a Music Festival
Ever heard of Primavera Sound? This well-known independent festival that attracts more and more music-lover public and where great and important music shows manage to bring together in a same stage famous and celebrated groups like Blur, Arcade Fire, Radiohead, The XX and stop counting, this celebration takes place every year in the Forum, but is not the only one.
Several weeks later and in the middle of June, another reference festival, Sónar, takes place at Fira Barcelona, where electronics and innovation merge with groups such as Massive Attack, Chemical Brothers, Fat Boy Slim, Bjork, etc.
