You need to book trough the website or by calling our Reservations Department. When booking you will need to provide a credit card number and its corresponding expiration date as  guarantee or for processing the payment since that depends on the rate conditions  that you choose.

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 5 days prior your arrival date. If not, we would collect the amount corresponding to the 1st night as a penalty fee. This is not applicable to non refundable bookings.

Prices are per apartment.

Shown prices include VAT. However, on arrival you would need to pay the city tourist tax corresponding to 2,48 euros per person per night for olders than 17 years.

AinB loves groups, but reserves the right to cancel, within 72 hours from the time the reservation is made, all reservations of more than 2 apartments that it considers inappropriate.

Behavior rules: AinB reserves the right to immediately cancel a reservation if the guest has an aggressive behaviour towards the staff in charge with the building, with obvious signs of (alcohol) intoxication. This type of behaviour would be especially controlled for the reservations that correspond to groups celebrating stag / hen parties.

All apartments are fully equipped for a comfortable stay. We have satellite TV, wi-fi (completely free) air conditioning cold and hot, and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. They also have hair dryers, towels and bedding. Please contact our staff if anything else required.

The apartment will be available at 15:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 h. If the apartment is ready on your arrival, of course we can do the check in earlier than established time, however if not, we can always store your luggagge before and after that time.

The cleaning of the apartments is made prior to the arrival of each client. Before departure, is required to leave the apartment in reasonable condition.

The apartment has clean towels and bedding according to the number of people occupying the apartment.

Yes, we have baby cot. Please send us an e-mail request. The extra cost is 10 € / night. We can also put extra beds for 20 € / night.

We have a parking place near the apartments (except Entenza). This parking is located at c / de les carretes, 45 08001 Barcelona. The car is priced at 20 euros / night.

Once you complete your booking you will receive the booking confirmation including instructions for check in.

AinB Apartments has staff in each building who will treat you from the moment you arrive until the day of departure.
We also have reception at Jaime I, street n º 13 where you can go whenever you need, and where we provide tourist information about Barcelona and its surroundings. We also have an emergency telephone in which we serve 24 hours a day.

All apartments offered on our website are located in safe areas but due to be in most cases of tourist areas, it is better to be very careful of pickpockets and never lose sight of bags or suitcases.
