HOW TO BOOK
It is done through our website or by calling the Reservation Centre.
At the time of booking you will be asked for a credit card as a guarantee or to make the payment depending on the rate you have chosen.
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 5 days before the arrival date. If you do not show up or cancel outside this period, you will be charged for the first night of your stay.
This condition does not apply to non-refundable bookings.
We accept as means of payment: Credit and Debit Cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express and cash.
AinB welcomes all groups who wish to spend their holidays in Barcelona, but we reserve the right to cancel all bookings of more than 2 flats within 72 hours from the moment the booking is made. Behavioural rules: AinB reserves the right to cancel a reservation immediately if during the stay the client shows aggressive behaviour towards the staff of the building, with obvious signs of drunkenness. This behaviour will be controlled especially in the case of bookings corresponding to groups celebrating stag/hen parties.
The prices include VAT but on arrival you will have to pay the tourist tax of 2.48 euros per person per night. Only applicable to adults and for a maximum of 7 nights. Additional services not included.

APARTMENT
All flats are fully equipped for a comfortable stay. We have satellite tv, internet wi-fi (completely free) hot and cold air conditioning and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. They also have hairdryers, towels and bed linen. In addition, each building of AinB Apartments has staff to whom you can go and ask for anything you need.
The flat will be at your disposal at 15:00 h and the check-out time is at 11:00h. You can go before the check-in time and leave your luggage until the flat is ready. The staff of AinB Apartments always try to do their best to get the flat ready as quickly as possible so that you can check in as soon as possible.
The flats are cleaned prior to the arrival of each client and upon departure, we ask that the flat is handed over in a reasonable condition.
The flat is provided with clean towels and bed linen according to the number of people occupying the flat.
Yes, cots are available. Please send us an e-mail requesting it or ask the AinB staff. It has an additional cost of 10 €/night. We also offer extra beds for an additional cost of 20 €/night.
We have a central car park at 45 Carretas Street. This service has an additional cost of 20 €/night.
Once you have made your reservation, you will receive an e-mail including the details for your arrival at the flat.
